As a lifelong Okanagan resident, father, and entrepreneur, I've always been passionate about building things that bring people together. Through my family, my work, or the communities I call home.

Questions, answered
How much space does the booth need?
For the best experience, we require a minimum setup area of 10' x 10' and access to a standard power outlet within 10 feet of the setup location. If you're unsure whether your venue has enough space, we're happy to help assess the location.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. Travel within 50km of Penticton, BC is included at no additional charge. Events beyond 50km may include a travel fee of $0.75/km based on the total round-trip distance. We proudly serve the Okanagan and regularly travel for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout British Columbia.
How long does setup take?
We typically arrive 60-90 minutes before service begins to ensure everything is fully set up, tested, and ready for your guests. Setup and teardown time is included and does not count toward your booked package hours.
Is an attendant included?
Yes. Every Benchside Imagery booking includes a professional booth attendant who sets up and operates the equipment, assists guests throughout the event, keeps everything running smoothly, and helps create an exceptional guest experience.
How do guests get their photos and videos?
Guests receive their content instantly through our Instant Sharing Station. Depending on your package, guests can text photos and videos to their phone, email their content instantly, or scan a QR code for immediate download. After the event, you'll also receive access to an online gallery containing all photos and videos captured during your booking.
What types of events do you service?
We provide photo booth and 360 video booth experiences for weddings, corporate events, galas, fundraisers, birthday parties, holiday parties, and private celebrations. If you're gathering people together, we'd love to be part of it.
What happens if it rains during an outdoor event?
Our equipment must remain protected from rain, excessive wind, and direct sunlight. For outdoor events, we require a covered backup location to ensure uninterrupted service and protect the equipment.
Can you customize the photo design?
Absolutely. We can create custom overlays, branding, colours, logos, and event-specific designs to match your wedding, corporate event, or celebration theme.
Are digital files included?
Yes. Every package includes digital access to your event content, allowing you and your guests to relive and share the memories long after the event has ended.
